About Hellesdon Parish Council
The parish of Hellesdon is represented by 16 Parish Councillors and divided into two wards: Hellesdon North West and Hellesdon South East.
The Parish Council is a body that represents local opinion. The Councillors are people who are either elected or co-opted representatives of the community who voluntarily have put themselves forward to carry out a role and have duties and responsibilities for the parish. Being a Parish Councillor is being part of the democratic community governance of the country.
